The Game creates an anonymous profile to save your progress and enable online features. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device. Your progress and in-game data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Game includes virtual items and virtual currencies (such as diamonds and credits) that can be earned through play or purchased. You acknowledge that:
In-app purchases are processed through Google Play, and your purchase is also subject to Google's terms. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm a purchase.
Because purchases deliver digital items immediately, all sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted under Google Play's refund policies. Refund requests are handled by Google Play; we are not able to process payments or refunds directly.
The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements. Watching an ad is always your choice, and any rewards are provided at our discretion. Advertising is delivered by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Game, including its design, code, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Bronzewing Games or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited licence described above.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will meet your expectations or operate without interruption or error.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bronzewing Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Game. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
